Terms of service

1. The service

Krubase provides subscription software for running cleaning-company operations — scheduling, routing, crews, timesheets, messaging and an AI assistant. Plans and prices (in AUD, inclusive of any applicable GST as shown at checkout) are listed on our pricing page.

2. Your account and data

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data your team enters and for keeping login credentials secure.
• Your company's data remains yours. We access it only to operate and support the service.
• You must have the right to store any client or staff information you enter into Krubase.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Krubase to break the law, send spam, or attempt to access another company's data.

4. Billing and cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, whose guarantees are not excluded), our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email before they take effect.
